DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for sales, new business development, account manager and the formulation of sales strategies to ensure continued business growth. • Responsible for lead generation, cold calling / telemarketing, prospecting and properly qualifying prospects. • Responsible for client presentation and field work • Be able to work with partners to create an attractive “best deal” promotion. • Prepares quotations and creative proposal, packaging products and services that will best serve the client’s needs. • Efficient coordination with other departments/team to launch the promotion for our partners. • Maintains good customer relationship s during pre-sales and post-sales activities • Prepares sufficient and accurate documentation on all matters related to partners (marketing materials) • Submit sales reports

Prepares Financial and other reports for submission to BIR, SEC, Banks and other entities as scheduled.
Prepares requirements for filing of taxes, renewal of licenses, SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth and ensures submission of the same as scheduled.
Prepares checks, calculating billing statements, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records
Receives Purchase Order for Processing and Invoicing
Checks staff’s expense report and prepares checks.
Processes requisitions, payments, receipts and other necessary accounting activities, which may include sales invoicing and collections.
Manages petty cash account and handles office expenditure within the budgetary limits.
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Types correspondence, reports and other documents, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports, sending out emails and faxes, and sorting the mail.
Maintains office files, handle and organize office filing systems effectively.
Delivers messages and run errands.
Assists the tracking and maintaining company insurance policies and other company’s registrations
Takes charge of the office equipment and supplies, including keeping inventory of office supplies and office equipment and ensuring that office machines are kept in working order. Coordinate the repairs of office equipment and other needs of the office
Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.
